I love to read – these days it’s a lot of psychological thrillers and fantasy/sci-fi.

I am a total cat lady, including having my own cats and fostering kittens. Hannah Shaw (The Kitten Lady) is one of the people I look up to most in the world.

I love nature, whether it is swimming in freezing cold Peyto Lake, hiking the trails of Banff, or just having the windows open on a fresh spring day.

Once upon a time I was studying astrophysics but discovered psychology as a more fitting passion. I still love learning more about the universe though.

I make a lot of gardening references/analogies in sessions, even though I am a terrible gardener!

On the weekends I love playing Connections while drinking my morning coffee.

I specialize in helping high-achieving women untangle anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism so they can stop living in overdrive and start feeling like themselves again.

I’ve been working in mental health since 2011 and have been in private practice since 2022, blending CBT, ACT, and EMDR to support real, sustainable change.

I’m a bit of a puzzle-solver at heart—I love connecting dots, noticing patterns, and helping clients shift from stuck to empowered.

Clients often tell me they feel calmer just by showing up. I’m not fazed by big emotions—whether you’re holding back tears or firing off F-bombs, I’m here for it.

I’m known for listening closely, remembering the details, and helping people make connections they hadn’t seen before.

Sessions with me aren’t just a place to vent—they’re a space to make sense of things, get strategic, and actually move forward.

Most of all, I want you to know that I care deeply about your progress, and I’ll walk with you every step of the way.

Let’s get started.
